Montenegro continues to hit the headlines as an ultimate vacation and residing destination for high-end travelers and jetsetters from all around the globe. Breaking news from the hotel industry is that GHM Hotels has partnered with Luštica Development to open The Chedi Luštica Bay, which makes it the second Chedi hotel in Europe. The cost of the investment which is to constitute the new definition of luxurious living is approx. 25 million and is expected to open in summer 2018.
Scheduled to “show up” on the spectacular main promenade of 1.1 billion euro worth project, Chedi will present the first of seven top-notch hotels anticipated for Luštica bay settlement. In the same time, it will present the largest five-star hotel in Boka bay.
Chedi will feature 110 rooms, 2 restaurants, a bar, a conference and business centre, an outdoor pool, a luxurious spa and fitness centre with its indoor pool, gym and other facilities. The hotel architecture and design, crafted by Aron Gentry – TBS Design Atlanta, is rooted in the history of the area and derived from the charming nature of the coast, while also keeping the qualities of a 5star luxurious resort.
