Payment information
The buyer pays in installments, as the villa construction progresses, according to the following schedule of payments:
5% reservation;
20% signing of the contract;
25% beginning of construction;
25% upon completion of skeletons works;
15% upon completion of interior;
10% upon transfer of rights (title).
