Direktno i indirektno, turizam doprinosi BDP-u zemlje sa u\u010de\u0161\u0107em od 23%. (World Travel and Tourism Report 2017, strana 7).<\/p>\n<p>Iako je vidljiva socijalna pro\u0161lost i jo\u0161 uvijek je prisutna niskokvalitetna turisti\u010dka ponuda, turisti\u010dka strategija zemlje usmjerena je ka razvoju elitnog turizma. To je razlog za\u0161to Vlada motivi\u0161e investitore sa solidnim poreskim povlasticama za investicije u turizam.<\/p>\n<p>Projekti kao \u0161to su Lustica Bay, Dukley Gardens, Porto Novi i Porto Montenegro dokazuju da elitni turizam i luksuzne nekretnine ve\u0107 imaju zna\u010dajan segment tr\u017ei\u0161ta nekretnina Crnoj Gori. Tu su i na desetine manjih projekata, posebno u regionu Boke i Budvanske rivijere, koji podr\u017eavaju strategiju razvoj turizma visoke klase u zemlji.<\/p>\n<p>Pored turizma, u Crnoj Gori ostale glavne industrije su proizvodnja \u010delika, aluminijuma, prerada poljoprivrednih proizvoda i robe \u0161iroke potro\u0161nje.<\/p>\n<p>POREZI:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Porez na dobit: 9%<\/li>\n<li>PDV: 21% i 7% na odre\u0111enu robu i usluge.<\/li>\n<li>Porez na li\u010dni dohodak: 9%<\/li>\n<li>Porez na sticanje nekretnine: 3%<\/li>\n<li>Godi\u0161nji porez na imovinu: 0,25-1%.
